THANK YOU!*** Spool Performance S58 IFX1100 Stock Location Upgraded Turbochargers Experience the next level of performance with Spool Performance’s S58 IFX1100 upgraded turbochargers, meticulously engineered for enthusiasts seeking high horsepower while retaining everyday drivability. These plug-and-play, stock-location turbos provide a perfect blend of power and reliability, designed specifically for the BMW S58 engine platform. Key Features: Custom Cast Compressor and Turbine Housings: Spool Performance’s IFX1100 turbochargers feature custom cast compressor and turbine housings. While maintaining the familiar OEM AR (Aspect Ratio) profile, both the compressor and turbine housings are optimized with a larger A/R. This adjustment allows for improved airflow and efficiency, enabling these turbos to generate significantly higher power at increased boost pressures. This ensures a balance between maximum horsepower output and efficient airflow for both track and street performance. Ceramic Dual Ball Bearing Center Cartridge The IFX1100 turbochargers utilize a ceramic dual ball bearing center cartridge, designed to significantly reduce friction within the rotating assembly compared to traditional journal bearing turbochargers. By replacing the conventional oil-film bearing system with precision angular-contact ceramic ball bearings, shaft resistance is greatly reduced, allowing the turbocharger to accelerate more quickly. This design results in faster spool characteristics, improved transient boost response, and greater shaft stability at high rotational speeds. Ceramic bearings also offer superior heat resistance and durability under extreme operating conditions. The result is a turbocharger that delivers quicker boost response, improved efficiency, and enhanced reliability at high boost levels, making the IFX1100 well suited for both high-performance street and track applications. Enlarged Compressor and Turbine Wheels: The IFX1100 turbos are equipped with enlarged compressor wheels designed to maintain the quick-spooling characteristics of the OEM blade profile while significantly increasing the diameter. This allows for over 1000+ wheel horsepower (whp) potential, ensuring rapid power delivery and minimized turbo lag. In addition to the compressor wheel upgrade, the turbine wheel has also been significantly enlarged and optimized with a refined profile. The new design maximizes exhaust flow efficiency, further improving spool characteristics and overall power capability at high RPMs. The combination of an optimized turbine and compressor wheel ensures a smooth, progressive powerband, perfect for high-performance applications. MAR-M246 Alloy Turbine Wheel: The turbine wheel is crafted from MAR-M246 alloy, a high-performance superalloy known for its exceptional durability and heat resistance. This material is specifically chosen to withstand the extreme temperatures and high-pressure demands of performance turbocharging. The enlarged, optimized turbine wheel not only increases exhaust gas flow but also ensures reliability and longevity, even under extreme conditions. Point Milled Compressor Wheel for Precision Performance: The compressor wheel is point-milled, ensuring each blade is precisely shaped to maximize airflow efficiency. This advanced design technique minimizes turbulence and maximizes compressor performance, helping achieve high boost levels with optimal response. Complete Replacement Units – No Core Required: Unlike other turbo upgrade options, the IFX1100 units do not require a core exchange. These turbos are complete, bolt-on replacements, ready to be installed without any hassle. This makes the upgrade process simpler and ensures that your OEM turbos can be retained or repurposed. Cold Air Intake System Included: A properly designed intake system allows the turbos to breathe efficiently and enhances performance. That’s why we’ve developed our own system specifically for our IFX1100 turbos, maximizing the performance our customers can achieve. Minimizing turbulence in the intake system is crucial for optimal airflow and power delivery. Proven Results: Our IFX1100 turbos have been tested and proven to achieve 900+ WHP on stock engine cars, with verified results from RaceBox in Houston, TX . With this level of performance, you can be confident that these turbos deliver real, tested power. 1-Year Warranty for Peace of Mind: Spool Performance backs the quality of its IFX1100 turbos with a 1-year warranty, offering protection against any manufacturer defects. This warranty reflects Spool Performance’s commitment to delivering a reliable, high-performance product. Compatibility: The Spool Performance S58 IFX1100 turbochargers are designed to fit all models equipped with the BMW S58 engine, making them a versatile and powerful upgrade option for a wide range of vehicles, including: • BMW M2 (G87) – 2023-present • BMW M3 (G80) – 2021-present • BMW M4 (G82/G83) – 2021-present • BMW X3 M (F97) – 2020-present • BMW X4 M (F98) – 2020-present
